Simba

I know I haven’t made a post in awhile.  I need to update on Simba.  He is now with Sassy and Bosch.  His life wasn’t long enough but we made sure he knew that he was loved .  I wouldn’t have traded the months we  had with him for anything.  Losing an 8 month old puppy has been on of the harder things I have done in life.  I know Sassy and Bosch are with him and showing him the ropes until we meet him again.   This stupid subaortic stenosis that he had robbed him of his wonderful life that he had to live.

Until we see you again my sweet baby boy.  I love you.

This was hard putting together.  I know it seems like a long video in reality it should be a lot longer.  Picking out pictures from an 8 month puppy’s life was very hard.  I hope you can see how much he was really truly loved.

    Oh Michelle, our dear Michelle❤
I started filling up with tears the seond I saw the title ‘Simba” Yes, I cried, but I smiled and I laughed too.
Seeing Simba having soooo much fun just warmed my hearr. Yes, his life was waaay yoo ahort, but he had more joy and happiness and fun in his short time here than most dogs ever do. You made his life sparkle everyday. You sprinkled him everday with happy dust! He was a carefree pup living life to the fullest
Seeing her have so much fun with that black and white ball (I guess a soccer ball?) made me chuckle. So many cute pupoy rhings thst ahe did made me chuckle. P.aying in the kiddie pool with Gabe and digging at the water, trying to catch the spray of water.absolutely precious.
And then when she was climbing all over Marty with the ball in her mouth teasing Snickers (or was it Jazz). And then Snickers (or Jazz) finally said it’s MY ball….but so gentle with him.
Was that a Puppuccino your neice was holding for her? Yay!
The three dogs together in the bed in “portrait” mode, and also on the slide in “portrait” mode….make sure you get them framed. And get the one framed of you and Simba jn the car….so sweet.
It just filled my heart with so much love for Simba as I traveled this pictorial journey with her and all his pack, hoomans and pups. His zest for life, as well as his gentle spirit came through. You put your heart and soul into making sure Simba was happy, and it showed with every single picture. You really created a treasured masterpiece Michelle. I hope as time continues on, you can view this with less and less tears and more and more smiles reliving the joyous life this puppy had.
But what came shiny thrpugh was how much, how very, very much you love Simba and how you were committed to making her life so incredibly spectacular….and it was Michelle! It was truly spectacular!!!
No Michelle, this wasn “long”. This was a beautiful and heartfelt tributes to a life well lived. A life that you gave him. A life of happiness and joy and fun….so much fun….and love!!❤ A life that you and only you could provide. And you did a stellar job of loving and caring for that very, very special boy.
Thank you qgain for sharing Simba with us. This is such an exquisite way to celebrate his life.
May his love and light surround you, just as your love and light surrounds him💖

The love shines through brightly in your tribute to your sweet angel. I can’t imagine how hard this was to create Michelle, it took a lot of courage. Thank you for sharing so many sweet memories with us. There was so much that I missed because I’m not on Facebook and I’m glad I got to peek at all Simbas short, beautiful life.

“A borrowed angel” says it all. I’m so very, very sorry.

Hope the kids are handling this OK and you are too my friend. We send lots of love to you all from across the miles.

    xoxo

This is a beautiful tribute to a special little angel! I love how his little tongue is always sticking out. His time on Earth was way too short, but you gave him the best home with all the love he could handle. Many people would have given him back to the breeder after finding out about his heart defect….you chose to keep him and love him and make all his days wonderful. Like Deb (Baby Bandit’s mom) once told me, look at it like God needed him more – maybe there was a little angel up there that needed his love. He’s surrounded by Sassy, Bosch, and all our Tripawd hero’s, and one day you will see him again. Hugs to you and your family.

I saw the name on the post. I headed over thinking I was finally going to get caught up on your precious baby and I just sat there when I read that he had passed. Disbelief. I am just so very sorry.
I saw there was a video at 530 this morning but I was getting ready for work so I waited until I came home. I needed to be able to watch this here instead of at work.
What Sally said.. about most taking them back because of imperfection. So true. And you holding on.. I think that is why a lot of us are here. We don’t give up. I am not at all shocked that you held on for dear life and gave him the best of the best for the short time that he was on this earth.
I had no idea that this was all going on. I am so very sorry. Those words sound so flat.. like I cannot express enough of what is in my heart for you right now. It is one thing to lose a life to age, to sickness, but a puppy.. lord.
My thoughts are with you. Thank you for sharing that beautiful video. I know that was hard.. hard is an understatement.
You were his angel here on earth to make certain that whatever time he had here was the best it could be. You were his protector.
My condolences to you and your whole family. This has to be so hard on the kids. But when I saw them, I saw that they have that same love for animals that you have 💖💖💖 You have taught them well.
    Hugs,
    Jackie and Huckleberry 💖
